Here are some photos of the house we are in the process of purchasing in Pendleton, South Carolina.

It has two levels: a main floor and finished basement. There are 5 bedrooms and 2 kitchens (not something we require, but not something that kept us from wanting the house, either).

The entire yard (front and back) is mulched, so no mowing! Lots of trees, shrubs, and other plantings that we are looking forward to discovering as spring arrives.
